Who is responsible for your information

Thomas Brothers Landscaping is the data controller for information you submit through this website. You can contact us at jamie.thomas@tblandscaping.co.uk.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, telephone number, postcode, the services you are interested in, your preferred date, the description you write, and any photographs you choose to upload. If you give us an email address, we collect that too.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to quote for the work. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to us by text message and email, and is stored securely by our hosting provider. Our text message provider and email provider process it on our behalf in order to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and any uploaded photographs are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jamie.thomas@tblandscaping.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
